Kaffelogic reseller FAQ.

Fill in the reseller application with your business details, your market and roughly how many roasters you expect to sell. We review every application and reply within two working days with trade terms and the next pre-order dates.

Yes. Kaffelogic Europe runs with Kaffelogic's written approval, and stock is sourced directly from Kaffelogic in New Zealand.

The network is managed and maintained by Green Coffee Collective, an authorised Kaffelogic distributor. More about Kaffelogic Europe.

Registered businesses anywhere in Europe that sell coffee or coffee equipment. That includes speciality roasteries, equipment retailers, green coffee suppliers, cafés with a retail offer, and established online shops. We don't sell single units to consumers through this site.

All of Europe: EU member states plus the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, the Balkans and beyond. Tell us where you are when you apply. If we already have strong coverage in your area, we'll say so upfront rather than overload a market.

Not by default. We're open to talking about it for resellers who commit to meaningful volumes in a defined market.

We run pre-order windows. Approved resellers confirm their quantities during a window. We consolidate every order into one larger order with Kaffelogic, then ship each reseller's allocation to them once the stock lands with us.

Pre-ordering gets you guaranteed allocation and better pricing than ad-hoc small orders.

We share trade pricing once you're approved. Pricing depends on volume and on whether you pre-order or buy from available stock.

Yes, but it's set to be realistic for smaller independents as well as larger retailers. We'll confirm it with your trade terms.

A deposit secures your allocation in a pre-order window, and the balance is due before dispatch. Exact terms are in your reseller agreement.

Yes. BOOST kits, chaff collectors, bean trays, storage cases and other accessories can go into your pre-order or be bought from stock. Accessories and spares are good repeat business, so we'd encourage you to carry them.

Yes. We give approved resellers a recommended retail price for their market so pricing stays consistent across the network.

That depends on where the pre-order window sits in the production and shipping cycle. We give you an expected delivery window when you confirm your order and keep you updated until it's dispatched.

From our warehouse in Belfast. We'll confirm shipping costs and any customs, duty or VAT treatment for your country when we send your trade terms.

We can talk about it for approved resellers, but most partners hold their own stock. Mention it when you apply if it matters to you.

We do. If a customer has a problem, you raise it with us and we handle diagnosis, replacement parts and returns with Kaffelogic. You won't be left dealing with the manufacturer on the other side of the world.

Yes. New resellers get an onboarding session covering setup, roasting profiles, Kaffelogic Studio, and the questions customers usually ask. We can do it remotely or, for larger partners, in person.

Product photography, descriptions and technical specs you can use on your own site and social channels, plus help with launch content. We also list approved resellers so customers in your area can find you.

Yes. We can supply specialty green coffee too, and many resellers bundle beans with roasters. We can talk about wholesale green coffee terms at the same time.
